BSGQR-R13X Two-Head Heavy Duty Calibrating Sander for Core of Plywood

Applications:

This powerful heavy duty core sander is applicable mainly for calibrating core of plywood, multilayer board, blockboard, etc. This machine has big motor power and big steel contact roller. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel flat enough but not smooth enough. So it is ONLY used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper. (40/60/80/120 grit sanding paper can be used in this sander.

Advantages:

• The main frame of the sanding machine is welded into integral-box structure, which ensures high rigidity and operational stability. This also guarantees the long service life of the core sander.
• The position of sanding roller is installed angularly, i.e., there is a horizontal angle between the contact roller and the plywood feeding direction. This special structure greatly improves the evenness of the work piece. It is easy to solve the overlap problem and the uneven problem of plywood. Besides, it can save about 20% power.
  
• The steel contact roller provides good thickness calibration performance. And its large diameter allows the sand belt to be used for longer time.
• The precise dynamic balance test of the contact roller, feeding rollers, pinch rollers and tension roller makes the sanding result more precise.
